HAGERSTOWN, MD (December 8, 2020) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Back Road from Harpers Ferry Road to the Dargan boat ramp. The road will be closed on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 for pipe installation from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
