HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 21, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Department announces the following road closure due to high water and debris:
- Valley Rd. between Garrett’s Mill Rd. and Rt. 340
Stay up-to-date on Washington County road closures by visiting our road closure map.
The County encourages all citizens to remain off the roads listed above. Citizens are also advised to refrain from driving through standing water.
