| HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 16, 2026) – Due to impending severe weather and Washington County Public Schools operating on a 2-hour early dismissal today, March 16, 2026, Washington County Government announces that liberal leave will be in effect beginning at 12:00 p.m. (noon) for all non-essential employees. Essential personnel are expected to fulfill their duties as usual. Washington County Government urges anyone who must travel to exercise caution on roadways and allow extra time to reach their destination. |
