TRAFFIC ALERT: Several Roads Reopen in Washington County

HAGERSTOWN, MD (February 25, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Departmentannounces the following roads have reopened in Washington County:

  • Dam 4 Road, between Shaffer Road and Woburn Road
  • Maugansville Road, between Maugans Avenue and Garnette Avenue

Dam 4 Road and Maugansville Road were both closed earlier due to downed trees and power lines.
