HAGERSTOWN, MD (February 14, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Department will be replacing the guardrail at the bridge on East Oak Ridge Drive. The road will be closed between Westside Avenue and Southern Boulevard on Friday, February 15, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. with detour signs in place.
