HAGERSTOWN, MD (February 2, 2021) – To celebrate Black History Month, the Washington County Public Relations and Marketing Department invites the public to nominate local, Black-owned businesses in Washington County to be highlighted on Washington County Government social media pages and on the website.

We recognize that COVID-19 has greatly impacted the way we do business. At the end of 2020, Washington County PR and Marketing featured small businesses in Washington County through “Operation Holly Jolly.” In 2021, we will be highlighting the diversity of businesses throughout Washington County.
