Boonsboro Medical Services Hosts Free Community CPR & Stop the Bleed Training at Washington County Public Safety Training Center

HAGERSTOWN, MD (February 20, 2025) – Boonsboro Medical Services invites residents to participate in a free Community CPR & Stop the Bleed Training event hosted by the Washington County Public Safety Training Center. This hands-on training will equip attendees with essential lifesaving skills, including CPR, bleeding control techniques, and the use of Narcan.

The training sessions are scheduled for the following dates in 2025:

  • March 8, 2025
  • June 14, 2025
  • September 27, 2025
  • November 8, 2025

Each session will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Washington County Public Safety Training Center, 18350 Public Safety Place, Hagerstown, MD 21740.

This free community event welcomes participants of all ages. No prior registration is required, and drop-ins are encouraged. For those needing CPR recertification, an optional certification is available with a $25 donation. The full training lasts approximately two hours.
