Your Input is Needed! HEPMPO Bicycle and Pedestrian Survey

HAGERSTOWN, MD (December 1, 2022) – Washington County Government encourages residents to take the Hagerstown/Eastern Panhandle MPO (HEPMPO) survey regarding the area’s Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan. Learn more by reading the public notice below.


Survey Open – Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan

The Hagerstown/Eastern Panhandle MPO (HEPMPO) hereby notify all interested persons that an input survey on the area’s Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan is open to the public.

The public survey will be open from December 1, 2022 to January 1, 2023. The survey is available online at: http://live.metroquestsurvey.com/?u=rp6v6r#!/. Announcements are also posted at the Hagerstown, Martinsburg and Charles Town public libraries.

The survey seeks input on existing barriers to bicycling and walking, gaps in the active transportation network, most desired origins and destinations and preferred bike and trail connections and pedestrian needs.
