HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 8, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Toms Road between Old National Pike and Benevola Church Road. The road will be closed on Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for bridge work.
