Public Hearing for Black Rock PUD Rescheduled for November 2nd
 
HAGERSTOWN, MD (October 5, 2021) – Washington County Department of Planning and Zoning announces the Board of County Commissioners public hearing originally scheduled for Tuesday, September 28, 2021, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at Kepler Theater. The public hearing is in regards to a major change request (RZ-21-003) for the Black Rock PUD.
