HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 4, 2021) – The Washington County Highway Department announces Harpers Ferry Road between Dargan School Road and Chestnut Grove Road will be closed on Monday, August 16, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. through Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. for pipe installation.
 
The County encourages drivers to proceed with caution while in this area.
