| HAGERSTOWN REGIONAL AIRPORT |
 | The Hagerstown Regional Airportadministrative offices will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, and re-open on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. |
| Airport terminal will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Allegiant air services will continue as scheduled on February 16, 2026: 8:32 am arrival and 9:22 am departure for flights to Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) |
| ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT |
 | Washington County Environmental Management offices will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026. All services at Forty West Landfill, and all other transfer stations, will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026. All services will resume on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. |
| TRANSIT |
 | Washington County Transit Services will remain in service on Monday, February 16, 2026. |
| BLACK ROCK GOLF COURSE |
 | Black Rock Golf Course will operate as normal on Monday, February 16, 2026. |
| TREASURER’S OFFICE |
 | Washington County Treasurer’s Officewill be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, and re-open on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. |
| STATE’S ATTORNEY OFFICE |
 | The State’s Attorney’s Office will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, and re-open on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. |
