Camp Harding Park - Located in the western part of the county, is named for President Warren G. Harding who vacationed at the park in the 1920's with Harvey Firestone, Henry Ford and Thomas Edison. The facilities include 2 picnic pavilions, picnic tables, grills, play equipment, softball field, volleyball, basketball, horseshoe, and tennis courts, restrooms and a boat ramp.

Chestnut Grove Park - Located in southern Washington Count near Chestnut Grove Road, offers baseball and softball fields, picnic pavilions, restrooms, concessions, play equipment, volleyball and horseshoe court.

Clear Spring Park - Located at the former Clear Spring High School site along Martin Street, offers softball, baseball and football/soccer fields, concessions, tennis and basketball courts, picnic pavilions, restrooms and play equipment.

Devil's Backbone Park - located south of Hagerstown, is the county's second oldest park and is bisected by the Antietam Creek. Fishing and canoeing are permitted in this park. A pedestrian bridge over the creek affords access to the "island" section of the park and to a nature trail with a scenic view above the waterfall. The park offers a picnic pavilion, picnic tables, grills, play equipment, a horseshoe court and restrooms.

Doub's Woods Park - Located between E. Russell Hicks Middle and Emma K Doub Elementary Schools, is the county's oldest park. Nestled in the woods, it offers 2 picnic pavilions, play equipment, horseshoe courts, restrooms, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts and the Performing Arts Pavilion. The Performing Arts Pavilion offers diversified summer performances sponsored by the Arts Council. The Parks Division is housed at the park.

Historic Wilson Bridge Picnic Area has the oldest and longest stone arch bridge in Washington County. This site offers picnic tables and canoe access to the Conocochegue Creek.

Martin "Marty" Snook Memorial Park - Located at the north side of I-70, east of Bower Avenue overpass, offers numerous facilities for recreational activities. There are 3 regulation softBall fields, senior, little and minor league baseball complex, 2 lighted double tennis courts, a basketball court, 2 multipurpose fields for soccer, football, rugby and lacrosse, a Par Course fitness trail, 4 picnic pavilions, picnic tables, grills, Boundless playground accessible equipment, horseshoe courts, volleyball courts, a 25 meter swimming pool, restrooms and a bike path.

Mt. Briar Wetland Preserve - Located along Millbrook Road off Rt. 67, offers a floating boardwalk with 3 observation decks. This non-tidal wetland is a great place for environmental studies and bird watching.

Pen Mar Park - Located in the northeastern part of the county, has 2 picnic pavilions, picnic tables, grills, play equipment, horseshoe courts, restrooms and concessions. The Appalachian trail runs through the park. Originally a turn of the century amusement park, Pen Mar memorialized the past through its museum and site markers, scenic overlook and multipurpose dance pavilion with an induction loop system for the hearing impaired. The dance pavilion is the site of Sunday afternoon dances with live music, June-September. Annually in August, "Everybody's Day" celebrates the parks original opening in 1877.

Pinesburg Softball Complex - Located near Williamsport, has 4 regulation softball fields, concession, restrooms, picnic tables and play equipment.

Pleasant Valley Park - Located in southern Washington County, offers a multipurpose field, picnic pavilion, picnic tables, play equipment, and a combination basketball/tennis court.

Piper Lane Neighborhood Park - Located off Halfway Blvd. along Piper Lane and York Road, offers a tot lot play area, horseshoe court, and picnic tables.

Washington County Agricultural Education Center - was developed to spotlight the diversity of agriculture in Washington County. This site located south of Hagerstown offers fairs, shows and special events.

Washington County Regional Park - Located on Mt. Aetna Road near Black Rock Golf Course, has 2 picnic pavilions, playground equipment for children with special needs, basketball and tennis courts, a softball field, 2 multi-purpose fields, volleyball and horseshoe courts.

Woodland Way Park - Located at the former Woodland Way School offers a ball playing area with back stop, tennis courts, play equipment and 2 picnic shelters.
