The Real Property Administrator is responsible for:

• Property Appraisals, Negotiations and Settlements
• All right of way and real property matters in cooperation with the County Attorney
• Maintaining right of way case records
• Handling bonding and street acceptance for the County
• Determining ownership of property located in the path of County construction projects
• Records Deeds

And is a member of:

• Member:  International Right of Way Association (IRWA) - Potomac Chapter #14
