- Property Appraisals, Negotiations and Settlements
- All right of way and real property matters in cooperation with the
County Attorney
- Maintaining right of way case records

- Handling bonding and street acceptance for the County
- Determining ownership of property located in the path of County
construction projects
- Records Deeds
