MAUGANS AVENUE - PHASE I
This is the Maugans Avenue Phase I Project. With the increasing development and population growth in Washington County, Maugans Avenue has become a major transportation corridor for Northern Washington County. Recognizing that Maugans Avenue would lack the necessary capacity for Washington County’s future, the Washington County Division of Public Works programmed improvements to Maugans Avenue from the I-81 interchange to its intersection with Pennsylvania Avenue/U.S. Route 11. Please see Project Overview for more detail of construction to be completed.
Safe and efficient travel in a community setting has been the goal of this project from the start. The Washington County Division of Public Works appreciates your patients as we work to that end.
