Washington County Engineering & Construction Department would like to recognize all those involved in the Devils Backbone Dam Rehabilitation Project - this project was awarded the "Mid-Size Project of the Year" award by the County Engineers Association of Maryland. Below is a picture of Mr. Jim Plummer, Project Manager of Devils Backbone Park Dam Rehabilitation, accepting the award.
