New process for submitting SWM Concept Plans
Pursuant to the Environmental Article, Section 4-101, et seq.; and Section 4-201, et seq. Annotated Code of Maryland, 2009, replacement volume, a three phase plan review process is now required for all land development projects requiring stormwater management plan approval. As part of this three phase plan review process, a SWM Concept Plan will be required to be submitted for all land development projects except for the following:
- Grading Plans for disturbances greater than or equal to 5000 square feet of area or 100 cubic yards of volume and less than 15000 square feet of area or 500 cubic yards of volume for individual single family residential lots.
- Minor Subdivision Plat, Replat or Simplified Plat. Stormwater management for these plan submittals will be approved at the Grading Plan submittal.
