This project involved replacement of the existing steel truss bridge with a new pre-fabricated steel truss bridge and the construction of a new wood access ramp, decking, stairs and railings.  The work also inlcuded grading and riprap. 

Scott Hobbs, P.E., Chief of Capital Projects was presented with the "ADA Award" (Americans with Disabilities Act) for the design of this project.  As you can see in the "After" photo, Scotts design has made the bridge more accessible to those with disabilites.
