As part of our ongoing effort to improve customer service, we are pleased to announce the addition of a new on-line service, Citizen Access (formerly Velocity Hall), designed specifically for the development community in Washington County.  Through this service, our customers can apply for the following permit types on-line:

• Electrical Permits
• Plumbing Permits
• HVAC Permits

The process is fast and easy. You will need a valid e-mail address and credit card to complete permits. Once your permit is approved, you can print the completed copy directly from your computer. In addition to applying for permits, you can schedule inspections, check inspection results, pay fees, and check the status of an application all from the comfort of your office. This new service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the site is completely safe and secure. All of these services mean less time waiting in line and more time at your job sites.
