DOCKET NO. AP2010-032:  An appeal made by Steven E. and Denise S. Hose, for a  variance from minimum 40-ft rear yard setback to 29-ft for the placement of a one story addition on property owned by the Appellant and located at 13603 Mark Avenue, Hagerstown, Maryland, zoned  Residential Rural.

DOCKET NO. AP2010-033:  An appeal made by Douglas Tavenner  for a variance from the minimum 20-ft distance between mobile homes to 17-ft for proposed placement of 14-ft x 70-ft mobile home on property owned by the Appellant and located at 18616 Amanda Lane, Hagerstown, Maryland, zoned Residential Suburban.
