AP2012-002: An appeal made by Twigg Family Limited Partnership for a variance from required 10 ft. buffer area for parking facility separation from a public street to 0 ft., width for single direction aisle when serving 90 degree parking from 22 ft. to 18.9 ft., to permit direct parking space ingress and egress to a public road utilizing the 16 existing parking spaces and to reduce the minimum number of parking spaces from 45 to 43 for future tenant occupancy of a recently reconstructed commercial building on property owned by the appellant and located at 19828 National Pike, Hagerstown, MD, zoned Highway Interchange-1.
