The Board meets twice a month on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. The hearings are held in the County Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Room 227, second floor of the County Administration Building, 100 West Washington Street, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740, unless otherwise noted.
