DOCKET NO. AP2009-009: An appeal made by Richard Wilson, Jr. for a variance from the minimum 25-ft. rear yard setback to 19.7-ft for a two story addition under construction on property owned by the Appellant and located at 1226 Weverton Road, Knoxville, Maryland, zoned Rural Village – Granted 5-0

DOCKET NO. AP2008-006:  An appeal by Frank Mann for a special exception to allow receptions, meetings, and other social events in a portion of the existing dwelling and approval of the Board (as required in previous Opinion AP91-151) to use living quarters above an existing garage for occasional overnight stays by guests and a variance from requirement that parking areas in excess of 3,400-sq. ft. be paved, on property owned by the Appellant and located at 6300 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, Maryland, zoned Preservation. On remand from the Circuit Court for Washington County, Maryland, for discussion only to determine whether the proposed use is permitted in the district.
