AP2008-048: An appeal made by Jason Gress & Barbara Boeklen Hubert for a special exception place a second dwelling on a parcel improved with a principle dwelling and variance from required density of 20 acres per dwelling unit to 14.94 acres per dwelling unit for same on property owned by the Appellants and located at 19931 Toms Road, Boonsboro Maryland,  zoned Environmental Conservation.  GRANTED 5-0 WITH CONDITION IMPOSED

DOCKET NO. AP2008-049: An appeal made by Richard & Tammy Hummer for a variance from the minimum 100-ft setback from northern property line to 0-ft and minimum 100-ft setback from eastern side of property line to 60-ft for pre-existing decks on property owned by the appellant and located at 24100 Leiter Street, Hagerstown Maryland,  zoned Rural Business Existing.  GRANTED 5-0 WITH CONDITIONS IMPOSED.
