AP2008-041:  An appeal made by The Bowman Group charging administrative error from the decision of the Zoning Administrator’s denial to allow the establishment of “Pump it up” an indoor children’s recreational facility. On property owned by the Appellant and located at 10310 Governor Lane Boulevard, Williamsport, Maryland, zoned Planned Industrial. GRANTED 5-0

DOCKET NO. AP2008-042:  An appeal made by Janis Neilands for a special exception to establish/continue “Cassiopeia’s Golden Legacy Kennel”.
