DOCKET NO. AP2008-039:  An appeal made by Rodney A. Miller for a special exception to establish contractor’s equipment storage for “Ram Home Builders” with leasable storage bays for others in a proposed 30’x92’ six bay garage with office/storage and variance from minimum lot area of 4 acres to 1.50 acres, variance from minimum 50 ft. front yard setback to 40 ft. and from 50 ft. right side yard setback to 15 ft. for same on property owned by the appellant and located at 9839 Garis Shop Road, zoned Agricultural (Rural).  DENIED
