AP2008-036:  An appeal made by Curtis Cline for a variance from the 50-ft minimum rear yard setback to 35-ft for the construction of a 30-ftx15-ft covered rear porch on property owned by the Appellant and located at 11919 Hanging Rock Road, Clear Spring, Maryland,  zoned Environmental Conservation. GRANTED 5-0

DOCKET NO. AP2008-038:  An appeal made by David M Merchant for a special exception to establish a contractor’s equipment and storage yard to include a one story metal building with office and maintenance shop on property owned by the John Young and located at N/S of Black Rock Road at Route 66 Hagerstown, Maryland,  zoned Agricultural (Rural). GRANTED 5-0 WITH CONDITION IMPOSED
