DOCKET NO. AP2008-034:  An appeal made by Richard P. Showe EtAl for an appeal from the Planning Commissions’ denial of two lots for immediate family members without public road frontage of proposed four lot subdivision on property owned by the Appellant and located at 14007 Spickler Road, Clear Spring, Maryland,  zoned Agricultural Rural. DENIED 5-0
