GRANTED 5-0 WITH MODIFIED SETBACK

DOCKET NO. AP2008-012:   An appeal made by Frederick W. Strumpf for a special exception to construct and establish a contractors storage yard and office on property owned by Homeplace Everlasting Gifts and located at 20519 Beaver Creek Road Hagerstown, Maryland  zoned Rural Village - DENIED
