DOCKET NO. AP2008-028:  An appeal made by Travis Sarno for a variance from the minimum 40-ft front yard setback along Emerald Drive to 25-ft for the construction of a 30x44 detached residential garage on property owned by the Appellant and located at 20865 Emerald Drive, Hagerstown, Maryland,  zoned Residential Rural. - Granted 5-0 no conditions imposed.

DOCKET NO. AP2008-029:  An appeal made by D & G LLC for an appeal from the Planning Commission’s determination that a  subdivision should be denied based upon Casper Road inadequate road width under the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance on property owned by the Appellant and located at the west side of Casper Road, Hancock,  Maryland, zoned Environmental Conservation. - Granted 5-0 with conditions imposed.
