AP2008-021:  An appeal made by Gary Unger for a variance from the minimum 40-ft rear yard setback to 30-ft for a proposed patio enclosure on a property owned by the appellant and located at 16613 Edward Doub Road, Williamsport, Maryland, and  zoned Residential Suburban.  GRANTED 5-0 NO CONDITIONS IMPOSED

DOCKET NO. AP2008-022:  An appeal made by Anne Edelen for a variance from a minimum 50-ft rear yard setback to 10-ft for the construction of a single family dwelling on a property owned by the appellant and located at 17028 Snyder’s Landing Road, Sharpsburg, Maryland, and zoned Preservation. GRANTED 5-0 WITH NO CONDITIONS IMPOSED.

DOCKET NO. AP2008-006:   An appeal made by Frank Mann for a special exception to allow receptions, meetings, and other social events in a portion of the existing dwelling and approval of the board (as required in previous opinion AP91-151) to use living quarters above an existing garage for occasional overnight stays by guests and a variance from requirement that parking areas in excess of 3,400-sq ft be paved on  a property owned by the appellant and located at 6300 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, Maryland, and zoned Preservation. GRANTED 4-1 WITH CONDITION IMPOSED FOR SPEC. EXCPTION TO ALLOW EVENTS, GRANTED 5-0 TO ALLOW OCCASIONAL OVER NIGHT STAYS BY GUEST WITH NO CONDITIONS IMPOSED GRANTED 5-0 FOR THE VARIANCE FROM THE PAVED PARKING AREA.  NO CONDITIONS IMPOSED.  DOCKET NO.
