DOCKET NO. AP2008-019:  An appeal made by Donald Howe for a variance from the minimum 15-ft side yard setback and 15-ft rear yard setback to 5-ft for the construction of a  26’ft x 41-ft  carport for the parking and storage of a travel trailer on a property owned by the Appellant and located at 6539 King Road, Boonsboro, Maryland, zoned Agricultural.  GRANTED  5-0 WITH CONDITION THAT OWNER REMOVE STRUCTURE IF THEY MOVE.

DOCKET NO. AP2008-020:  An appeal made by Edward Taylor for a special exception to establish an outdoor flea market on weekends in the existing parking lot of Hagerstown 10 Cineplex on property owned by Ridenour 1994 Family LLP and located at 20135 Leitersburg Pike, Hagerstown, Maryland,  zoned Agricultural.  GRANTED 5-0 WITH THE CONDITION OF STATE HIGHWAY APPROVAL.
