AP2008-020: An appeal made by Edward Taylor for a special exception to establish an outdoor flea market on weekends in the existing parking lot of Hagerstown 10 Cineplex on property owned by Ridenour 1994 Family LLP and located at 20135 Leitersburg Pike, Hagerstown, Maryland, zoned Agricultural. GRANTED 5-0 WITH THE CONDITION OF STATE HIGHWAY APPROVAL.
