AP2008-015:  An appeal made by Water Quality for a variance from the minimum 25-ft right side yard setback to 10-ft for the construction of two vehicle storage building on a property owned by Washington County Commissioners and located at 16232 Elliott Parkway, Williamsport, Maryland and zoned Industrial General.  GRANTED 5-0

DOCKET NO. AP2008-016:  An appeal made by Fort Ritchie I LLC for a special exception to replace and relocate a new electric transformer yard and substation on a property owned by the appellant and located at 13817 Ritchie Road, Cascade, Maryland and zoned Special Economic Development.   GRANTED 5-0 WITH CONDITIONS
