DOCKET NO. AP2007-101:  An appeal made by Joseph Yungwirth for a variance from a minimum 15-ft left side yard setback to 4 inches for the placement of an 8x14 residential storage shed on a property owned by the appellant and located at 13852 Marsh Pike, Hagerstown, Maryland and zoned Agricultural Rural.  Granted 5-0 with the condition of the shed being moved 3-ft  from the property line with screening around bottom to avoid animals from getting under the shed.

DOCKET NO. AP2007-102: An appeal made by Michael Miller for a variance to remove condition one of the Board of Zoning Appeals decision on docket AP2006-103 requiring an immediate family member to reside in the dwelling for 10 years from issuance of the occupancy permit on a property owned by the appellant and located at 1561 Clover hill lane, Knoxville, Maryland and zoned Environmental Conservation. DENIED.

DOCKET NO.  AP2007-103:  An appeal made by Charles Burleson for a variance from the minimum 40-ft front yard setback to 23.6-ft for the placement of a 12x20 existing shed on a property owned by the appellant and located at 21018 Miller’s Church Road, Hagerstown, Maryland and zoned Agricultural Rural.  Granted 5-0 after filing for permit.

DOCKET NO. AP2007-104:  An appeal made by FT Ritchie I LLC for a variance from 9-ft x20-ft parking space requirement to 9-ft x17.75 -ft, aisle width variance from 25-ft to 20-ft and to allow direct parking space ingress/egress to a public or private street or road on a property owned by the appellant and located at 13817 Ritchie Road, Cascade, Maryland and zoned SED. Granted 5-0

DOCKET NO. AP2007105:  An appeal made by Mary Seibert for a variance from a required 76 parking spaces to 43 for the establishment of a winery engaged in manufacturing, retail sales and seasonal/limited special events on a property owned by the appellant and located at 14108 Saint Paul Road, Clear Spring, Maryland and zoned Agricultural Rural. Granted 5-0.

DOCKET NO.  AP2007-106:  An appeal made by Adam Hopkins for a expansion of non-conforming use for additional parking and relocation of the drive thru increasing the impervious area by 17% on a property owned by the appellant and located at 13414 Marsh Pike, Hagerstown, Maryland and zoned Residential Rural. Granted 5-0
