AP2007-097:  Granted 4-1 with the condition that the lot be used for immediate family members only, brush at the entrance be removed and driveway lane be widened to support emergency vehicles. - An appeal made by Oscar Hall of the  Planning Commissions determination that a one lot subdivision without public road frontage be denied on a property owned by the appellant and located on 6775 Dam #4 Road, Sharpsburg, Maryland and zoned Environmental Conservation.

AP2007-098: Granted 5-0 with the condition that lot be used for immediate family members only. - An appeal made by Ronnie Gray for a variance for reduction of the maximum density of a one dwelling unit per 30 acres to one dwelling unit per 2.30 acres for the creation of a one lot subdivision on a property owned by the appellant and located at 3379 Harpers Ferry Road, Sharpsburg, Maryland and zoned Preservation.
