AP2007-093:  GRANTED 5-0 WITH THE CONDITION THAT THE SITE BE IN CONFORMITY TO THE SITE PLAN - An appeal made by Fairground Properties LLC for a variance from 75-ft buffer yard requirement to 10-ft buffer yard for outside display of equipment on a property owned by the appellant and located at 12932 Salem Avenue, Hagerstown,  Maryland and zoned Highway Interchange-1.

DOCKET NO.AP2007-094:  GRANTED 5-0 - An appeal made by David & Chista Long for a variance from 50-ft minimum setback to 34-ft for the enclosure of existing deck and the construction of a 14x14 octagon deck extension on property owned by the Appellant and located at 15716 Spade Road, zoned Environmental Conservation.
