AP2007-088:  GRANTED 5-0 - An appeal made by Jeffrey Royce for a variance from the required 40-ft front yard setback to 20.6-ft and a variance from the required 12-ft right side yard setback to 6-ft for the construction of an attached two car garage on a property owned by the appellant and located at 11927 Beaverdale Road, Smithsburg, Maryland and zoned Residential Rural.
