DOCKET NO.AP2007-079:  GRANTED - An appeal made by Herbert & Helen Jernigan  for a variance from required 12-ft left side yard setback to 4-ft  for the construction of a sunroom/two car  garage addition on property owned by the Appellant and located at 12014 Intyre Road, zoned Residential Rural.

DOCKET NO.AP2007-080:  GRANTED - An appeal made by Living Springs Farm LLC for a special exception to place a mobile home as a tenant house on existing farm creating two dwellings on one parcel on property owned by the Appellant and located at 12844 Saint Paul Road, zoned Agriculture (Rural).
