DOCKET NO. AP2007-075:  GRANTED 5-0 - An appeal made by Michael Brown for a variance from a minimum 50-ft rear yard setback to a 15–ft setback for the construction of a single family dwelling on a property owned by Ronald Webb and located at 7011 Gilardi Road, Boonsboro, Maryland  and zoned Enviromental Conservation.

DOCKET NO. AP2007-076:  WITHDRAWN -   An appeal made by Michael Capone on the Planning Commissions determination that a 5 lot subdivision be denied due to inadequate road width on a property owned by the appellant and located at 16223 Shaffer Road , Sharpsburg,  Maryland and zoned Agricultural Rural.

DOCKET NO.  AP2007-077:    GRANTED 4-1 WITH CONDITIONS- An appeal made by Jamie Funk for a variance from a minimum 40-ft front yard setback to 24.4-ft setback for the construction of a single family dwelling currently under construction on a property owned by the appellant and located at 12164 Cove Road, Clear Spring, Maryland and zoned Environmental Conservation.
