DOCKET NO. AP2007-066:  GRANTED 5-0 WITH CONDITION OF NO FURTHER SUBDIVISION - An appeal made by Karen Walla for a variance from a 1 dwelling unit per 30 acres to a 1 dwelling unit per 1.7 acres for a proposed 6 lot subdivision on a property owned by The Estate of Agnes House and located at the Southwest corner of King Road and Maryland Route 67, Boonsboro, Maryland and zoned Preservation.
