DOCKET NO. AP2007-063:  GRANTED - An appeal made by Larry McDonald for a Special Exception to establish a church in an existing building previously occupied as a restaurant on a property owned by Eugene Albert and located at 18203 Mason Dixon Road, Hagerstown,  Maryland, and zoned Highway Interchange 1.

DOCKET NO. AP2007-064:  GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS IMPOSED -   An appeal made by James Yost for a Special Exception to place a third dwelling on a parcel already improved with two dwellings on a property owned by the appellant and located at 11806 Orebank Road, Clear Spring, Maryland and zoned  Environmental Conservation
