AP2007-060:  GRANTED 4-0 WITH THE CONDITION THT THE LOT BE SUBDIVIDED IF DWELLING IS OCCUPIED OTHER THAN ANYONE OTHER THEN THE FARM HAND - An appeal made by J L LLC for a special exception to allow a second dwelling on a parcel presently improved with a dwelling on property owned by the Appellant and located at 7437 Sharpsburg Pike, Boonsboro, Maryland, zoned Agricultural (Rural).

Dresser for a special exception to allow a second dwelling on a parcel presently improved with a dwelling and variance from one dwelling unit per 30 acres to one dwelling unit per 2.62 acres on property owned by the Appellant and located at 16728 Taylor’s Landing Road, Sharpsburg, Maryland, zoned Enviromental Conservation.
