DOCKET NO.AP2007-030:  - GRANTED 4-1 WITH CONDITIONS - An appeal made by Eric Moats for an appeal from the Planning Commissions determination that a proposed one lot subdivision without public road frontage be denied on property owned by the Craig Moats ET AL and located at a private lane off s/s Corner Road, zoned Environmental Conservation.

DOCKET NO. AP2007-031: - GRANTED 5-0 - An appeal made by Chesapeake Towers LLC for a special exception to erect a 164-ft monopole communication tower and variance from minimum 750-ft separation from an existing tower to said monopole of 262-ft on property owned by Matthew & Jennifer Carroll and located at 44 Saint Paul Street, zoned Conservation.

DOCKET NO. AP2007-032: - GRANTED 5-0 - An appeal made by Chesapeake Towers LLC for a special exception to erect a 199-ft tall multi-carrier self-supporting communications tower, on property owned by Beverly Shriver and located at 18528 Lappans Road, zoned  Agriculture (rural). 

DOCKET NO. AP2007-033: GRANTED AT JUNE 6 HEARING- An appeal made by Chesapeake Towers LLC for a special exception to erect a 109 ft tall stealth design monopole communication tower, on property owned by David & Linda Kough and located at 3204 Gapland Road, zoned Preservation. 

DOCKET NO. AP2007-034: - GRANTED 5-0 - An appeal made by John & Sue Hoover for a variance from required 42.6 rear yard setback to 25.8 rear yard yard setback for an attached patio deck, on property owned by the appellant and located at 20509 Shaheen Lane, zoned Agriculture. 

DOCKET NO. AP2007-035: - GRANTED 5-0 - An appeal made by Knob Hall Limited partnership for a special exception to allow a second dwelling on a property already improved with a principal dwelling. Appeal from the Adequate Public Facility Ordinance to widen Faith Road to 18-ft.on property owned by the appellant and located at 14108 Saint Paul Road, zoned Agriculture (rural).

DOCKET NO. AP2007-036: - GRANTED 5-0 - An appeal made by Church Baptist Wayside for a variance from minimum 25-ft setback from street right of way to 1-ft for the replacement of a freestanding illuminated church sign, on property owned by the appellant located at 21303 Leiter Street, zoned Rural Village.
