DOCKET NO. AP2007-014: GRANTED 5-0 WITH NO CONDITIONS - An appeal made by Hagerstown Community College Board of Trustees for a special exception to establish a research and development laboratory addition to the technical innovation center at Hagerstown Community College on property owned by the appellant and located at 20125 Scholar Drive, zoned Residential Suburban.

DOCKET NO. AP2007-015: GRANTED 5-0 WITH NO CONDITIONS - An appeal made by Douglas Weaver for a variance from minimum 100-ft setback from the future property line of a proposed one lot subdivision to 66-ft from an existing barn which houses animals, on property owned by the appellant and located at 8785 Jordan Road, zoned  Agriculture (Rural).
