DOCKET NO.AP2007-002: An appeal made by Hagerstown Community College for a variance to eliminate the required 5% impervious landscaped areas for the purpose of constructing a new parking lot for the college which would also be used for motorcycle training courses on a property owned by the appellant and located at 11400 Robinwood Drive, Hagerstown, Maryland and zoned Residential Suburban.

DOCKET NO. AP2007-003: An appeal made by Randy Miles for a variance from a 40-ft required rear yard setback to 30-ft for the construction of a additon to the existing dwelling on property owned by the appellant and located at 16603 Edward Doub Road, Hagerstown, Maryland and zoned Residential Suburban.
