AP2006-140:  GRANTED 5-0 - An appeal made by Home Construction Corporation for a variance from a 40-ft required rear yard setback to 30-ft for the construction of a two car garage additon to the existing dwelling on property owned by James Allen and located at 11 Whittier Heights, Hagerstown, Maryland and zoned Residential Suburban.

DOCKET NO. AP2006-141:  GRANTED 5-0 WITH CONDITIONS - An appeal made by The Fire Company of Leitersburg for a variance from a 10-ft left and right side yard setbacks to 5’ on 6-ft side and 0’-ft on right side to replace a 1 story fire station to a two story fire station and a variance from a 10-ft planting buffer requirement from adjacent residenital properties on a property owned by the appellant and located at 21431 Leiter Street, Hagerstown, Maryland and zoned Rural Village.
