Case is remanded from the Circuit Court.

AP2006-076:  GRANTED - An appeal made by Brian Lee Paulsen for a variance from minimum 100-FT front yard setback to 56-FT and a 100 FT minimum left side yard setback to a 96-FT to house two horses and two miniature donkeys in existing barn on a property owned by the appellant and located at 7704 Dam 4 Road, Williamsport, Maryland 21795 and zoned Agricultural Rural.
