The Washington County Agricultural Education Center is a multi use facility
located 7 miles south of Interstate 70 (exit 29- Sharpsburg Pike).
A wide variety of events are held at the facility such as, the Washington County Ag Expo, Mason Dixon Dog Show, Antique Tractor Show, Farm Toy Show, Pygmy Goat Show, Car Show for Children, Sales and many other Community Activities. If you are interested in having a sale, show, meeting or luncheon at the center, please contact David Brooks at (240) 313-2807 to receive a facilities application and rental fee information. The Rural Heritage Museum is located on the Ag Ed Center Grounds. It is open year round, Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm. Weekday hours are also available. Private tours and groups are welcome. If you are interested in bringing a large group to the museum,
please contact the museum office at 240-420-1714 to schedule an appointment
