Terry L. Baker
Terry L. Baker is a second term County Commissioner. He is a 1973 graduate of Williamsport High School, a 1975 graduate of Hagerstown Junior College and a 1978 graduate of Auburn University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Terry is employed as a Trades Instructor (carpentry) at the Washington County Technical High School. He was elected to serve on the municipality of Clear Spring as a Council Member (2002-2004), and then as Assistant Mayor (2004-2006). Terry and his wife, Katrina, reside in Clear Spring and are the proud parents of twin daughters Jessica and Jennifer.
