Maryland Emergency Management Scholarship Offered – Any Maryland High School Senior graduating in 2012 is invited to apply for a $1,000 scholarship provided by MEMA. This is designed for those entering the field of Emergency Management or a related field of study. Please contact Washington County Emergency Management at 240-313-4364 if interested. Applications must be postmarked or delivered to Washington County Emergency Management, 16232 Elliott Parkway, Williamsport, MD 21795 no later than April 2, 2012.
